The Upper & Middle James Riparian Consortium (Consortium) held its second general meeting of the year on Thursday, September 18th, 2025 at the Camp Mont Shenandoah in Bath County. The Consortium gathered to discuss the needs and opportunities of the workforce development and career pipeline for careers in buffers, while connecting and learning from Consortium partners around the beautiful Cowpasture River.
