Join us for a slow flow yoga class with a stunning view of the James River, held inside the James A. Buzzard River Education Center building in Richmond. Led by Katie Bosch, TAOU Co-Founder, this all-levels class offers a chance to move at an easy pace, breathe deeply, and unwind. We’ll end with a sound bowl savasana, giving you time to rest and fully relax.

These pop-up classes are offered in partnership with the James River Association, whose mission is to protect and connect people to the James River for a thriving future. Together, we’ll gather in a space that brings community and nature together.

Please bring your own mat and any props you’d like for comfort.

HARVEST @ Morven: Harnessing Agricultural Resilience through Vegetation, Ecosystems, and Soil Transitions at Morven Sustainability Lab, a collaborative initiative funded by the University of Virginia's Environmental Institute.  Registration below. 

Led by Assistant Professors Meghan Blumstein and Frederick Cheng, this gathering will convene faculty, community partners, and collaborators to chart the path forward for Morven's strategic plan to transform the property into a regenerative landscape centered around a rigorous, interdisciplinary research agenda. Through collaborative dialogue and planning, participants will help shape how this innovative project integrates ecological restoration, sustainable agriculture, and cutting-edge environmental research at UVA's newly launched Morven Sustainability Lab.
