- State Buffer Action Plan – Caitlin Verdu, Virginia Department of Forestry
- Panel: Riparian Buffers in Farmville and the Piedmont Soil & Water Conservation District

- Jay Wilkerson, Horticulturist, Town of Farmville

2:00-4:30pm: Field Visits
- Network time at Moton Museum with snacks and an opportunity to view museum exhibits
- Field Visit presentations at Moton Museum followed by the option to visit either a more urban buffer planted under the James River Buffer Program at a local park or an agricultural buffer planted under the Virginia Agricultural Cost-Share Program.
